From managing your servers, desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices to providing ongoing proactive service on your system, our Managed Services plans cover nearly all consulting services we offer in one all-inclusive monthly price.

All of our Managed Services support agreements include an SLA which outlines our guaranteed response times. Additionally, all agreements have a 30-day cancellation policy for any reason whatsoever. This flexibility means B-Comp will earn your business each and every month. Our competition will not likely include this cancellation policy in their support agreements and extending that offer to our customers is representative of how confident we are that our service and pricing is the best in the business.

What is Included?

All plans include access to our helpdesk and to all of the tools in our arsenal including those used for remote proactive system management, IT system documentation and patch management. Complete day-to-day system management is included with all of our Service Agreements. Occasionally special projects are considered by an organization which are beyond the scope of our Agreement and therefore would not be included. These projects are the exception; however, and the cost for any project involving additional cost would be discussed in advance of any services rendered. Here is a brief outline of services included in all of our managed services plans:

  • Ongoing proactive maintenance of servers, desktops and laptops as well as mobile devices
  • Helpdesk providing on-demand technical support and quick resolution of potentially urgent network and distributed systems problems
  • Data network configuration, management and system security
  • System backup monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Cloud Migration & Management Services (depending on the scope of the migration some costs may not covered under our Support Agreements)
  • Virtual CIO Services

You do not need an in-house IT department with B-Comp but we do enjoy working with customer IT departments. Absent an in-house IT department we can act as your company Information Services & Technology department assisting you with day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting any bumps along the way. When you hire us for Total IT Management, we will handle everything related to IT.
