You can call our help desk at 303-282-4934 or email [email protected]. You can also use the B-Comp chat application located in the system tray of managed Windows computers.

After your account is established with B-Comp you can access your tickets, and if authorized, those of your team, at https://portal.b-compservices.com/. The login information is your email address and the password you created or that B-Comp provided. There is a reset password link if necessary.

B-Comp recommends business class desktops and laptops. Unlike Apple hardware, computer hardware marketed to home users is likely preloaded with software containing security risks, likely performs poorly and nearly always has compromises which greatly increase support costs and downtime. With home computers, end user frustration and high support costs are common.

Using a password manager such as 1Password or Bitwarden helps you use a different password of significant length for every website requiring a login. Using MFA whenever possible is a great layer of additional security as well. Many password managers can also help you manage your MFA tokens.

B-Comp provides computer hardware procurement and limited hardware repair services to managed service customers only.
