What do we support?

B-Comp operates a help desk providing end-user support for Windows and Windows networking, firewalls, remote connectivity, switching, wireless and of course application support. Effort is roughly broken down as follows:

Windows Client & Windows Server Support
Application Support
Google Cloud, AWS & Azure Support
Firewalls, Switching & Wireless Support
Windows Networking

Manage Active Directory, printing, user access and remote connectivity. We also provide support to users running Linux and Mac OS, however supporting Windows requires the most effort.

Application Support

Support is provided for mission critical vertical applications such as Office 365 apps among others using Syncro, Splashtop and over VPN site-to-site tunnels.

AWS & Azure

We support Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange online, AD Sync and SharePoint as well as implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure such VPC, EC2 instances, S3 and FSx.

Network Connectivity

We specialize managing firewalls running pfSense and ASA code as well as implementing and managing switching & wireless from Aruba, Meraki, Ubiquiti and others.
